I recently stayed at Europe Haguenau - Hotel & Spa for a few nights during my visit to the area. The renovated bathroom in my upgraded room was a pleasant surprise, complete with a hair dryer. The breakfast options were delicious, and the staff at Chex Ernest were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially considering my limited French-speaking abilities. The comfortable bed and quality linen made for a restful sleep. The receptionist who welcomed me was incredibly helpful and added a nice touch to my arrival. The hotel also provided ample parking and reliable wifi, making it convenient for my stay.

Would recommend this hotel.

Under new management and with new staff the hotel is very good. I also like the new refurbished rooms.

Great welcome from the exceptionally friendly staff upon arrival at the hotel which was approx 10pm! There was plenty of parking and the room was very modern (art deco) with exceptionally comfortable beds... Breakfast too was a very pleasant surprise; for 10 euros, we were treated to ample french bread, ham, cheese, croissants, pain au chocolate, fresh fruit juice etc, again with friendly staff ensuring that we had everything we needed. There is also a small but pretty outdoor pool/garden, beside which guests can take their meals/drinks.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Haguenau. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly Déborah and the other young lady at the reception. The rooms were average in size, but very clean and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the efficient shower and the neat bathroom. The hotel had a bright and modern decor throughout, which I really liked. The fact that there was a balcony in my room added a nice touch of extra space to the overall ambiance.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I didn't encounter any major issues.

The use of the indoor swimming pool - although rather cold and slightly run down, was a good way to end a long day of travelling. The salsa evening with a buffet wasnt something we would usually attend, but was good and value for money.

During my recent stay at Europe Haguenau - Hotel & Spa, I was delighted by the fountain out front, which added a touch of elegance to the hotel entrance. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep me cool despite the hot and humid weather. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Additionally, the continental style breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the outdated carpet and lack of local information in the rooms, I would still recommend Europe Haguenau - Hotel & Spa to others. I had a pleasant experience at this hotel.

Good location and not bad restaurant.

Some double rooms are very small and bathrooms should be modernised.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The spacious room was clean and quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The restaurant was a highlight, with delicious and reasonably priced meals cooked to perfection. The hotel staff were top-notch and incredibly helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The convenient location close to parking was also a plus.

The breakfast buffet was mediocre for the price, with less value for money. the hotel charged the room rate in advance before my check-in, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and the beds were very good..and the breakfast was included in this promotion...the breakfast was decent..

Simply maybe better coffee for the breakfast..I love espresso so the regular stuff just does not do it for me..

Lovely balcony with seating. Manager's personal attention to guests. Good parking facilities. Clean and renovated rooms. Friendly staff. Terraced area outside restaurant/bar. High standard bathroom. Air-con and lots of parking

There was nothing I didn't like.

This is one of the worst hotels i have stayed in a very long time. My base of my bed was broken. The charge for internet was high compared to other hotels , most are free - they are charging 50 euro for 24 hours. The breakfast was poor, the bowls were dirty. I had to ask for milk, coffee, bread etc and it was 9am on a Sunday morning. The swimming pool (which was the reason I booked the hotel) is right in front of the restaurant, my son was not happy to use it in front of everyone, nor was anyone else that I saw. Happy to leave.
